Trigger Point Injections

Many of us take things for our muscle pain (I take magnesium). But what else can you do if your pain still exists? Lots!

Trigger Point Injections

If you are taking things to help with muscle pain but it still continues to exist, or if your muscles are becoming sore with all the spring and summer activities (gardening, biking, swimming, skiing) then trigger point injections will be your friend!

Trigger point injection therapy has been one of my go-to treatments for several years now. I love it because it’s so simple and effective.

I focus on trigger points using a very thin needle with saline solution to cause your muscles to relax, with fast pain relief.

In this treatment, I add electrolytes to hydrate your tight muscles. The needling physically stimulates the release of substances like growth factors that help direct the immune system to heal the area.

I have been getting excellent results for:

  • Headaches

  • Sinus pain

  • Neck pain

  • Shoulder pain

  • Back pain

  • Leg pain

For best results, I recommend a series of 4 treatments spaced 1 week apart.
